Description "Globalisation, Law, Governance and Culture" provides students with a unique opportunity to explore the intricate dynamics of globalised legal systems, governance structures, and cultural influences. Through overseas visits and immersive experiences, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of these interconnections and develop the skills needed to excel in a globalised professional landscape. When the subject is delivered offshore, students must be able to travel to the offshore destination for the period specified for the relevant offering of the subject. The dates for the term of offer will be made available to students through the School of Law's regular communication channels.

Restrictions

To enrol in this subject, students must have successfully completed 80 credit points of law subjects.

The subject will not be available for self-select enrolment. Intake in the subject will be restricted to expressions of interest. GPA and progression in the program will be considered, and the pre-requisites must be met.

After successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:
