Quantity surveying involves estimating and managing costs in construction and buildings of all types. In this major, students extend skills in measuring, estimating and contract administration. Students learn more advanced quantity surveying practices as they relate to modern and digital industry practices. Quantity surveyors are highly sought after with careers as project managers, cost management consultants, or quantity surveyors and estimators in construction organisations.
