The Secondary PDHPE Education (Further Studies) Major (0357) is designed to enhance the discipline knowledge of 1939 BEd (Secondary) students intending to graduate with PDHPE as a single teaching area. Only students concurrently registered in the Secondary PDHPE Education Major (0356) may take this further studies major as it does not meet NESA requirements for PDHPE teaching when taken separately. Students will have opportunities to expand their PDHPE knowledge and skills through further studies in the areas of community, family, and early childhood, as well as physical activity, sports, lifestyle, and recreation.
