Description This subject introduces students to the principles of people management and organisational analysis across diverse business contexts. Using real-world case studies and examining the role of stakeholders, students will explore the dynamic nature of work from multiple perspectives, with a focus on organisational capability and industry development. The subject also examines the role of people and organisations in society, recognising and engaging with Indigenous perspectives. To prepare for professional practice, students will participate in employability-focused activities that build communication skills, cultural awareness, and reflective practice.
