The Environmental Humanities Minor gathers interdisciplinary approaches that respond to the climate crisis. Students will engage with climate-related issues impacting our social, cultural and political worlds. Learning how to communicate critically and creatively to generate impact, students will apply interdisciplinary knowledges and skills to understand, represent, and nurture rapidly changing environments. Underpinned by principles of equity, justice and freedom, this Minor enables students to apply their disciplinary skills to become holistic, reflective and ecological decision-makers, custodians and stewards, who can critically envision better futures and create them in the present.
