Description This subject introduces students to the core knowledge and skills necessary to support career and education aspirations through professional practice as a career advisor. The subject examines theoretical perspectives on career aspirations, empirical research into the development of aspirations, strategies to support the aspirations of specific populations, and skills to identify the strengths, values, and interests of those participating in career education.
