Description This subject introduces the concepts of change and innovation as they relate to organisational transformation. It explores change as a human and social process, looking at the vital roles of leadership, entrepreneurship, and creativity in change management. In doing so, it provides the theoretical and practical understandings that you will need as both a student of change and a future manager.
