Managing and Developing Careers focuses on employability and career progression. The subject is one of four subjects in the Management professional core in the Bachelor of Business but is open to all students with an interest in reflecting on career progression in leadership and management-related careers. The subject will utilise portfolio development, case studies, occupational and industry research to assist participants identify and reflect on strategies to facilitate achievement and employability. Successful completion of the subject will result in students creating an ongoing portfolio directed to future employability.
