Description This subject explores the skills of managers and their effect on organisational leadership. The contemporary organisations in which we work bring together a complex array of relationships and processes that require ongoing development of a broad range of skills for the manager. Management and leadership, and the skills required for both, are not seen as separate in this subject. This subject focuses on building the skills which will best prepare managers and leaders for dynamic and changing organisational environments.

Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this subject, students should be able to:
