Description Organisational Behaviour examines individual, group and organisational behaviours and the influence these have on each other. This subject is based on developing skills that can help students navigate through these processes and behaviours. The focus is on participation, to guide students to both reflect on and develop their own skills to become better managers, as well as employees.

Students must be enrolled at Western Sydney University, The College. Students enrolled in extended diplomas must pass 40 credit points from the preparatory subjects listed in the program structure prior to enrolling in this University level subject.
