Description This subject examines contemporary practice in relation to procurement strategies such as traditional procurement, relational contracting, strategic project alliancing, and public-private partnerships / private finance initiatives within project environments. The subject will challenge students to examine built environment business ecologies which underpin strategic procurement decision making. Unique procurement environments will be explored, allowing the students to examine key themes of procurement management.
