Description In 2022 this subject replaced by BEHV 2018 - Personality. Personality is the study of the mental and behavioural factors on which individual human beings vary. In other words, the study of personality is the attempt to understand why a given individual is the way he/she is. This subject involves an examination of the major personality theories, applications to individual differences, and contemporary research. Emphasis is placed on a critical understanding of personality research and its implications for the practice of psychology.
