The Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law provides graduates with a professional educational qualification to specialise in Australian immigration and refugee law. The program is offered mainly online, providing graduates with both flexibility and the logical structure of a planned migration program. Graduates obtain comprehensive knowledge of Australian migration legislation, jurisprudence and policy. As a graduate you will have developed and cultivated ethical and professional standards. The Diploma is accredited by the Department of Home Affairs as a “prescribed program” under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).

Note: Students will be required to undertake one compulsory weekend workshop on campus in Sydney to successfully complete this program.
