Students enrolled in the 1708 Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Teaching Birth-5/Birth-12) or 6017 Diploma in Arts/Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Teaching Birth-5/Birth-12) will study two subjects in Year 3 from either the Mathematics or English Specialisation teaching minor in order to complete four specialisation units and meet the BA component of the NESA teaching specialisation. Together with completion of subjects in the Master of Teaching (Birth-5/Birth-12) students can achieve the qualification required to teach in Early Childhood settings and Primary schools.
