The Education Studies - Primary Teaching minor is comprised of the four initial subjects from the Master of Teaching (Primary). This minor is only available to students enrolled in 3756 Bachelor of Science (Pathway to Teaching Primary/Secondary) program. Students can only enrol in Culture Subjectivities and Schooling (TEAC 7023) when they have achieved 120 credit points in their overall program. Students can only enrol in the other three subjects in the minor; Aboriginal, Education: Paste, Present and Future (TEAC7156), Primary Human Society and its Environment (TEAC7092) and Understanding and Teaching Children (TEAC7149) when they have achieved 160 credit points in their overall program.

Students must complete 40 credit points as follows. 

Please note that students will not be able to enrol in TEAC 7023 until they have completed 120 credit points in the program.

Students will not be able to enrol in TEAC 7156, 7092 or 7149 until completion of 160 credit points in the program.
