Building, Testamur Major (T149)
- Western Sydney University Major Code: T149
Available to students in other Western Sydney University programs? No
The Building Major is designed for students who envisage their future in the field of construction contracting rather than in professional consulting or building control. Building contractors manage and deliver building projects that may range from residential to commercial or institutional in nature. They may be involved in ‘Design and Construct’ projects or they may tender for pre-designed project. Students who undertake this major will learn to manage building firms and projects with modern construction drivers, by controlling quality, cost and time efficiently.
