Learning Outcomes
- Describe, with reference to the Australian and international business environment, the broad institutional, historical, political and economic contexts of MNC behaviour and international financial transactions generally;
- Evaluate the various kinds of risks facing MNCs;
- Recognize the means by which MNCs attempt to manage the various kinds of risks they face;
- Analyse how the concept of �ecorporate governance�f is relevant to the study of MNC behaviour;
- Examine the role of national government as it impacts upon MNCs and the macroeconomic environment (both national and international) in which MNCs operate;
