Accreditation

Master of Teaching (Birth-5 years) (exit only) is a professional early childhood teaching qualification for students possessing a recognised and relevant bachelor degree. The program is approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). Graduates of this program will be registered teachers with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and meet the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers at the Graduate Teacher level.

Work Integrated Learning

Western Sydney University seeks to enhance student learning experiences by enabling students to engage in the culture, expectations and practices of their profession or discipline.  This program includes a placement or other community-based unpaid practical experience.
