This program applies to students who commenced in Quarter 3, 2018 or later.

The Master of Professional Accounting (Advanced) equips students with an in-depth theoretical knowledge of accounting. On successful completion of this program, students gain knowledge, skills and expertise that enable them to become professional accounting practitioners and satisfy the pre entry educational requirements for CPA Australia Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ) and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). The program content delivers a contemporary education in accounting principles and procedures supported by knowledge of associated disciplines of law, economics and finance. Students will learn to apply accounting concepts, theories and models through a range of individual and collaborative means using a blended learning design that draws from industry relevant projects with exposure to realistic business problems.

Early Exit

Students may exit this program on completion of 40 credit points with a 2790 Graduate Certificate in Accounting
