Commencement Years Quarter 3, 2016 to Quarter 4, 2017 - 2689.4 Master of Professional Accounting

The Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) program is specifically designed to comply with the accreditation requirements of CPA Australia, the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). This program combines an in-depth theoretical knowledge of accounting with relevant skills and expertise that enable students to become professional accounting practitioners. The program delivers a contemporary education in accounting principles and procedures supported by knowledge of the associated disciplines of law, economics and finance. Students will learn to apply accounting concepts, theories and models through a range of individual and collaborative means, including industry relevant projects and realistic business problems.

Early Exit

Students may exit this program on completion of 40 credit points with a 2790 Graduate Certificate in Accounting
