The Music Performance Studies minor provides students from outside the Music program with a thorough grounding in a variety of group music making practices as well as offering the framework for self-directed musical projects. A number of approaches to writing about music performance are also covered, from theoretical approaches to proposal and review writing. Studies of stagecraft and collaboration further inform students in the music performance stream, who are also encouraged to discover and develop new hybrids.

Minor Structure
Music Performance Studies minor are existing music subjects offered only to students external to the Bachelor of Music. Bachelor of Music students complete a different configuration of subjects as a Music Performance minor.
