The subject encourages property students to demonstrate their ability to solve multi-disciplinary problems in relation to current and future issues that affect the finance or property sectors. The subject will also allow students to critically evaluate issues in their industry to determine and assess potential industry implications. The topics are determined from year to year by discussions between the individual student, the subject coordinator and the student's chosen supervisor.
