Description This subject explores how existing businesses can be transformed through strategically designed organisational renewal. Students will develop a transformative mindset through analysis of organisational design, systems, structures, processes and communities. The subject considers the external environment with an evaluation of culturally diverse and indigenous perspectives. Students will gain insights into contemporary models of organisational transformation and explore their application to events such as mergers and acquisitions, digital pivots and product evolution. The design of the subject emphasises active, project-based learning through presentations, team activities and managerial reflective practice.
