Description This subject engages in work-integrated learning to provide students with authentic HR capabilities in alignment with professional expectations for employability. Students will apply theory and skills developed throughout the major in Human Resource Management to real-world organisational challenges and opportunities. In undertaking the applied project, students will use relevant research to support evidence-based decision-making in demonstrating their own HR capabilities. Students will work in teams to produce an applied project in response to a client scenario and reflect on the challenges of engaging in professional practice in diverse contexts.
