We recognise that leadership emerges and is enacted in diverse ways and in relationships and is crucial for fostering change and educational transformation. Students will review, analyse, and apply specialised knowledge and skills for leadership to a range of complex problems in workplaces and professional practice. They will initiate and implement innovations to improve learning outcomes in workplace settings, generate solutions and communicate these to diverse audiences.
