This program is designed for primary and secondary teachers and will prepare students to work in a variety of educational roles.  Students will study psychology, sociology, literacy, numeracy and develop the foundational knowledge and skills needed to be a successful teacher.

Admission

This program is open to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents who are aged 17 years or over and not currently enrolled in or completing Year 12 in the same year of intended admission.

Program Structure

Students will need to enrol in one subject that will run online for 17 weeks (in either Autumn or Spring sessions) and will simultaneously study another four subjects on campus in block mode (1 subject studied every 4 weeks) during this period. Please note that subjects in blocks are studied over 4 weeks.

Qualification for this award requires the successful completion of 110 credit points including the subjects listed below.
