Governance is a key area for those working in law related areas in small and large firms, as well as in many public companies, government departments, large charities and non-government organisations. Internationally, there is a strong need for technical knowledge and understanding of legal governance for those not used to working in a common law legal system versus their own civil code or mixed system. This major provides a strong grounding in key theories, practices and issues in international governance.
