Information governance creates opportunities to maximise the value of all business information, ensure regulatory compliance and warrant opportunities to minimize risks in an increasingly security conscious global landscape. This major covers foundation in information and data governance and data security critical to the success of all industries. Students will learn essential knowledge and practical skills in information security, information governance law and policy, data analytics, as well as various aspects in business management, social media analytics and applied cybersecurity.
