Data science and machine learning are becoming increasingly important in large range of organisations dealing with large amounts of data. Analysing, processing and using the available data requires specialised skills combining mathematics, statistics and computing with a range of approaches in data science and machine learning. Students in this minor learn how to extract, model and visualise data to provide insights, solve challenging problems and develop predictions.
