The Master of Business Administration, Advanced Business Research major, is designed to provide advanced research training for aspiring, emerging, and established business professionals. It recognises the importance of sophisticated research and analytical skills and knowledge for business managers, leaders, and consultants, irrespective of their career level. Complex challenges in the rapidly changing contemporary business environment require research-based innovative responses and evidence-based decision-making. Students of the Advanced Business Research major will be introduced to research principles, advanced business research methods, both qualitative and quantitative, and practices and undertake a business research project from a choice of topics in consultation with an experienced supervisor. They will also have the opportunity to engage with the vibrant business research community in the school.
